Suvvani Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a digital creative services agency based in Vizianagaram and Nellimarla, Andhra Pradesh, India. We offer the following services:

• Logo design and graphic design
• Digital marketing services
• Wedding and event videography
• Professional video editing

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at suvvanistudio.netlify.app, contacting us for services, or engaging us as a service provider, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Service Agreements & Project Work

All service engagements are subject to a mutual agreement between Suvvani Studio and the client. This includes:

• Scope of work discussed and agreed upon before commencement
• Timeline estimates provided in good faith based on project complexity
• Deliverables as specified in the project brief or quotation
• Revision rounds as agreed prior to starting the project

Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated transparently before proceeding.

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms are agreed upon before project commencement. Generally:

• An advance payment (typically 50%) is required before work begins
• The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery
• Payment methods accepted: UPI, bank transfer, or as mutually agreed

Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

• Provide all required materials, content, and assets in a timely manner
• Give clear and timely feedback during revision rounds
• Ensure they have the rights to any materials submitted to us (logos, images, content)
• Not request work that infringes on third-party copyrights or intellectual property

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all final deliverables created exclusively for a client become the client's property. However:

• Suvvani Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing
• Any third-party assets, fonts, or stock media used in the project are subject to their respective licenses
• Our internal tools, templates, and processes remain the exclusive property of Suvvani Studio

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Commission content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates Indian law

Limitation of Liability

Suvvani Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that project.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including power outages, internet disruptions, or acts of nature.

Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business data shared with us as confidential. We will not disclose your project details to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable to the state of Andhra Pradesh.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, India.

Changes to These Terms

Suvvani Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
